Season Passholder Policies

Season Passholder Policies

In addition to Ski + Snowshoe policies, passholders agree to sign a waiver before participating in winter activities at Arizona Nordic Village. While passholders have 24/7 access, it is prohibited to give the gate code out to guests who are not passholders. Guests of passholders must purchase a pass or redeem the free trail pass in the Lodge. Passholders receive a 20% discount on gear, lodging and retail items in the Lodge between the dates specified on their pass.

Refunds for season passes are only granted for the following reasons:

  1. TRANSFER OF EMPLOYMENT: If you are moving a minimum of 300 miles away for employment, we require a letter
from your employer for a refund. This includes deployment/transfers for active duty military.
  2. INJURY/ILLNESS/DEATH: If you are unable to ski/snowboard due to injury or illness, we require a letter from your
physician for a refund. In the case of a death, a copy of a certified death certificate will be required.
  3. PREGNANCY: If you are unable to ski due to pregnancy, a letter is required from your physician for a refund.
  4. GOVERNMENT ORDERED CLOSURE: In the event Arizona Nordic Village is closed as a result of a federal,
state, or local executive order (as during the COVID-19 pandemic), a refund can be requested while the government
    order IS IN EFFECT.

While ANV tries its best to provide guests with a one of a kind cross country ski experience, the weather does not always cooperate with our planned operations for the winter season. With the sale of a season pass, ANV plans to have trails open and groomed for at least 2 weeks per season. Passes are sold at buyer’s risk and ANV does not offer refunds. If conditions only permit us to be open less than 2 weeks a year, passholders will be offered a discount for next season’s pass.
