Arizona Nordic Village strives to provide a one of a kind cross country ski experience in Arizona. Unfortunately, we have experienced the fourth driest winter on record here in Flagstaff and have been only able to groom one weekend. We hope all those that came out this past weekend enjoyed themselves with what little grooming we could offer. We were thrilled to see familiar faces and happy guests!
With that, we are offering a full refund for passholders regardless of whether they were able to come out and ski or not. You may consider “gifting” your pass towards the operating costs to the Village. Grooming operations will be ceased for the rest of the season. If there is the opportunity to roll a very limited amount of trails we will try our best to do so. We will not charge for trail passes. As many know, it is always a challenge as a small business to stay open through these dry, high desert winters. We always appreciate the support and enthusiasm from our members. The last day to ask for a refund is:

The easiest way to receive your refund will be to respond to this email including the email address you purchased your pass with. Please note that a refund can take up to 5-10 business days. If there are any issues with receiving your refund, please reach out to us at
